With the imminent arrival of the grape harvest, one of the most anticipated events of the year returns: a dinner to celebrate the end of the summer among the rows of our estate.
A special occasion, now a tradition, to bid farewell before the start of the new harvest season and share the beauty of the countryside at sunset.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, August 29, 2026, immersed in the magical atmosphere of our Cà Besi vineyard, made even more evocative by elegant decorations and soft lighting. ✨
SCHEDULE
🕖 7:00 PM – Welcome and a glass of our organic IGT sparkling rosé Bollicella on the lees
💁♀️ Followed by a guided tour of the estate, focusing on our organic production philosophy and visiting the winemaking and aging areas.
🍽️ 8:00 PM – Four-course vineyard dinner served among the rows of our Cà Besi vineyard
MENU
APPETIZER – Crouton with Amarone-aged coppa, fresh figs, and organic Amarone jelly.
FIRST COURSE – Fresh pasta gnocchi sardi with wild boar ragù and pan-fried blueberries
MAIN COURSE – Chicken strips with black grapes with Valpolicella Classico reduction, toasted almonds and rosemary, served with purple cabbage marinated in lime, thyme, honey, and red wine vinegar.
DESSERT – Recioto della Valpolicella Bavarian cream, artisanal Sbrisolona crumbs, and raspberries
