An experience that smells of history, ancient flavors and technique immersed in the Christmas atmosphere of Cantina La Dama!
Four vintages of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico compared to eachothers to understand the evolutionary notes of this wine: vintages 2019 – 2018 – 2013 and 2010.
Each vintage will be paired by a gourmet food studied and designed by our Sommelier!
We will conclude the experience with a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella by tasting a special historical vintage, 2016 in the splendid setting of our barrel cellar! A super sweet ending … is guaranteed and a cheers to Christmas!
