On Saturday, March 1st, and Sunday, March 2nd, at 11:00 AM, we invite you to immerse yourself in the heart of Valpolicella for a unique experience. You will have the opportunity to explore our Ca’ Besi vineyard, discovering its history and the care with which we produce our wines. You will also visit the area dedicated to aging and crushing, a fascinating journey that will allow you to understand the secrets behind our production process.
Afterward, in our elegant tasting rooms, we will guide you on a sensory journey through four glasses of organic wine. You will begin with Valpolicella Classico Doc Bio, paired with a selection of local salami and cheeses, followed by Valpolicella Classico Superiore Doc Bio Colombarino and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg Bio, accompanied by potato gnocchi prepared with skill by Chef Matteo from Verdepisello, enriched with two exquisite sauces. The tasting will conclude with a sweet touch of Recioto della Valpolicella Classico Docg BIO, paired with traditional Veronese Carnival sweets, known as “galani.” The experience will be rounded off with a refined tasting of Amarone pomace grappa and a good coffee.
Please inform us of any allergies, dietary intolerances, or special requirements (vegetarian, vegan, pregnancy, etc.) when making your reservation, so we can tailor the experience to your needs. Reservations will close on Tuesday, February 25th, and the experience will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of participants.
We look forward to welcoming you!
